Note, however, that due to COVID-related supply chain issues, the Caavo Control Center is currently out of stock and has been for some time. I've just installed Harmony Assistant on a new computer, the old one was Win XP and I've moved to Win 7. Harmony and Singer are installed on the SSD. I've downloaded GOLD and installed it, but to the HDD rather than the SSD, due to its size. Re: Help please, "GOLD base not registered"!ĭid you try to install HA and Singer on HD as well ? When I manage my licences I get the message "Gold base is not registered on this computer". Harmony assistant on a new computer install# (It is not clear to me whether you had previously installed Gold Sound on the old drive.) Your SSD is new (as I know from bitter experience that windows XP could not support it, despite initial claims to the contrary by the SSD manufacturers and Paragon software). Harmony assistant on a new computer license# “Be open minded, but not so open minded that your brains fall out.” - Groucho Marx The fact that Gold Sound is on a different drive to Harmony Assistant (as mine is) is not the problem. No, I installed Harmony Assistant as normal in Program Files (x86) on the C:\ drive, which is the SSD. I have a separate, partitioned HDD, and I installed it in \Myriad\GMDigit\Gold.sdb. I get the feeling that there should be some way of telling HA where to find the Gold library? A configuration file maybe? I use another VST library from Gary Garritan and that has the same structure, with the program on the C:\ drive (SSD) and the sample library on the HDD.
